561-26-104 Repair Operating Room (OR) & Bathroom Leaks

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, project management, quality control, and coordination necessary to complete the work. The scope includes demolition of existing OR flooring and base cove, installation of new resinous OR flooring and base cove, demolition of the 3rd floor bathroom including walls required for plumbing connections, installation of new 3rd floor bathroom walls, partitions, plumbing, fixtures, and sealed flooring, patching, repair, finish restoration, and painting to match existing, disposal of materials and debris, and testing, documentation, and closeout deliverables. The work also includes relocating affected MEP systems, sealing all penetrations, providing as-built documentation, and complying with ICRA requirements. The project is phased: Phase I (Bathroom work) is 30 calendar days, and Phase II (Flooring work) is 9 calendar days, with a total completion time of 99 calendar days.
