The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, supervision, and incidental services to: coordinate a pre-installation site walk within 10 calendar days after award; procure two new TAA-compliant laser/LED projectors meeting minimum specifications (e.g., WUXGA resolution, 20,000-hour illumination life, embedded warping/blending, Crestron-compatible control); remove and palletize the two existing Christie WU7K-M projectors for Government turn-in; install the new projectors in existing mounting locations after hours (M–F, 4:30 PM–8:30 PM local time) within no more than five consecutive after-hours workdays; fully integrate and program the projectors with the existing Crestron control system; perform system testing, image optimization, and end-user demonstration; and deliver as-built documentation, warranties, and disposal certificates. All on-site work must be completed within 60 calendar days after contract award.
