The contractor must provide the complete ordered quantity of ten (10) Omnicell XT Supply Racks, Model SUP-OTH-001, meeting or exceeding the physical, functional and performance characteristics of the Omnicell XT Supply Rack equipment listed in the vendor quote. Only Omnicell-manufactured components are acceptable due to system compatibility requirements with the facility's existing rail system, and no substitutions are permitted. Items must be fully compatible with the existing Omnicell rail systems already deployed within the Tulsa VAMC, and the contractor must ensure OEM shipment, warranty and product integrity. The contractor must also provide written certification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) — Omnicell — confirming authorization to supply the XT Supply Racks as detailed in their quotation. Products are to be delivered to the James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center, 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127, no later than January 8, 2027, with all deliveries coordinated in advance with the VA COR. No onsite assembly or training is required; items must arrive fully assembled or in manufacturer-standard packaging ready for installation by VA staff, and all goods will be inspected upon receipt.
