The contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, supplies and materials for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of all elevators systems specified in the solicitation and Technical Exhibit 1, including electric and hydraulic passenger and freight elevators, handicap chair lifts, and vertical platform lifts at buildings such as Greely Hall, JITC, Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center, UAV Training Center, Friedman Hall, CMET 1 and 2, Thunderbird Village Barracks, UASTB, and others. The work includes bi-annual, annual, and five-year inspection certifications, emergency repairs, and replacement parts, all in accordance with the Performance Work Statement sections and applicable specifications.
