The Contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, containers, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, disposal services, permits, licenses, fees, and incidentals necessary to provide general waste and co-mingled recycling removal services. Services include scheduled and on-call removal, lawful disposal, equipment upkeep, documentation, and reporting. Specific tasks include compactor service at least twice weekly, open-top dumpster service on an as-needed basis, recycling container emptying at least once weekly, cardboard bale pickup every other week, and monthly reporting of weights and costs.
