The contractor shall provide a Nordson PRO4 Tabletop Dispenser (hardware and software) meeting specified requirements including die placement accuracy of +/- .004 mm, laser height detection, tabletop footprint, range of operation greater than 300x/300y/100z mm, ability to swap between auger and volumetric pump, accommodate a minimum of 50 cc syringe/reservoir, CCD camera for fiducial detection on high reflective material, and drip prevention with reverse auger capability. The contractor shall also provide on-site training for 2 operators on software interface, program capacity greater than 100 programs, and motion control (point-to-point and continuous path).
