The contractor shall manufacture 96 tailcone (TC) studs (12 per shipset, 8 shipsets) in accordance with reference drawing 2.1, including procuring material, machining, certifying, packaging, and delivering the completed studs to NSWCCD in West Bethesda, MD. The contractor must provide material certifications, perform 100% dimensional and thread inspection, and deliver a final certification package/technical report (CDRL A001). Packaging must protect each shipset individually and consolidate all eight into a single heavy-duty, watertight hard plastic storage container. Delivery is to NSWC Carderock Division, 9500 MacArthur Boulevard, Bldg 3, Room 308.03, West Bethesda, MD 20817-5700.
