Install new 6-inch PVC C-900 water main, 2-inch to 4-inch water services to dormitories and laundry building, fire hydrants, blow-off assembly and valving, including utility locating, erosion control, excavation, bedding, backfill, disinfection, testing, tracer wire system, switchover from existing lines, removal of above-ground existing components, and turf, grading, seeding and concrete pavement restoration, with optional investigation and repair of a leak area.
