The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and technical expertise necessary to maintain and support the Motorola Land Mobile Radio (LMR) communications infrastructure at the VA facility in Canandaigua, NY. Services include maintaining a service desk, providing remote technical assistance, onsite dispatch support, annual preventative maintenance, depot-level hardware repair, security patches, certified software releases, hardware upgrades, and implementation and integration of system updates. The contractor must also provide technical information to facilitate NTIA Radio Frequency Authorizations.
