Amendment 0001 updates the Performance Work Statement (PWS), adds option years, revises the price schedule, revises the contract type to firm-fixed unit price, and updates the applicable clauses. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform vault pumping at specified sites including Bent Creek, Mill Creek Campground, Sherman Outlook, Burrows Park, Henson Creek, Nellie Creek, Rose's Cabin, Gladstone, Mineral Point, Animas Forks, Lost, Maggie Gulch, and Cunningham Gulch. Services include waste removal, cleaning, water recharge, vault cover and padlock security, trash removal, transportation and disposal of waste at a state-designated wastewater treatment plant, and submission of pumping reports and a final assessment report.
