The Contractor shall perform trash and garbage removal and disposal services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy Seoul. The said services will be performed at various embassy premises as stated in the solicitation notice. This is a firm fixed price contract. The performance period is scheduled from the start date in the Notice of Award, continuing for 12 months, with four one-year options to renew, starting from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2032. The initial period of performance includes any transition period authorized under the contract. Offer due date is October 12, 2026. Please see attached Solcitation Notice.
Solicitation amendment may be issued in due course of time with answers to the questions, if any.

The contractor shall perform trash and garbage removal and disposal services at seven designated locations: Chancery Compound, Chancery Cafeteria, Chief Mission Residence (CMR), Embassy Annex Compound, Marine Security Guard Quarters (MSGQ) at Yongsan Garrison, U.S. Embassy Association (USEA) at Yongsan Garrison, and Yongsan Embassy Housing (YEH) Compound at Yongsan Garrison. Services include supplying and servicing bulk containers (2.5-ton, 4.5-ton, and 11-ton), picking up trash on scheduled days (Monday through Friday depending on location), disposing of food waste, construction debris, industrial waste, cooking oil and grease, used motor tires, used plastic, condemned computer components, and sorting refuse for recycling. The contractor must establish vehicle routes and collection schedules, clean up spillage within a 10-foot radius, replace damaged containers, and dispose of all refuse at a commercial or private location off U.S. Government property in compliance with Republic of Korea environmental laws. Hazardous waste, contaminated waste, and regulated waste are excluded.
