EXIM Bank seeks to establish a BPA for recovery assistance Worldwide from a recovery firm principally collecting balances of certain paid claims under its credit guarantee and insurance programs.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform loan recovery services as stated in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. See attachment for full requirements.
The Contractor shall provide collection, servicing, legal, and recovery services to support EXIM in collecting outstanding debts and recovering defaulted loan obligations from obligors and guarantors worldwide. This includes borrower negotiations, settlement efforts, and workout agreements; credit restructuring and other recovery-related servicing activities; asset searches, investigations, and due diligence activities; site visits and field investigations; documentation and execution of recovery, restructuring, and settlement agreements; extrajudicial collection efforts and loan recovery services; instituting and managing legal proceedings, litigation, and other legal enforcement actions; seizure, embargo, execution, and enforcement against assets; periodic written case status reports; and other actions required to effect recovery on behalf of EXIM.
