A single site visit is scheduled for Tuesday September 8, 2026 at 8:00am CST. Prospective site visit attendees need to contact Michael.Cordova@noaa.gov to confirm attendance prior to arrival. This will be the only site visit planned.
Meet in building 307. The site tour will begin promptly at 8:00am CST and should be less than 90 minutes long. Late arrivals will be turned away.

The total at the bottom of the table of 41 represents the Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP's)
The total at the bottom in the table titled: Portable and Window Air Conditioners (Total 38) represents 38 is the Portable AC and Window units

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to replace HVAC air filters and clean designated HVAC equipment at NOAA facilities in Galveston, TX. Work includes removing and replacing filters with manufacturer-recommended dimensions and MERV ratings; cleaning air handling units, fan coil units, window units, condensate drain pans and lines, float switches, supply and return grilles, accessible evaporator and condenser coils, and unit cabinets; and performing operational verification including testing condensate float switches. Services are to be performed on an initial, monthly, quarterly, and annual/closeout basis across buildings 302, 303, 305, 306, 307, 301, and the Maintenance Archive building. The contractor must provide service reports, photographic documentation, and a final completion report.
