The subject solicitation has been amended.

The purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend the Date Offers Due to September 29, 2026 at 1000 Eastern.

• This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

• Solicitation number 1305M326Q0455 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the HVAC and BAS Controls Upgrade Project in support of the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML) located in Virginia Key, FL.

• This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

• A list of line-item numbers can be found in the Standard Form 1449 within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0455.

• Description of requirements for the items to be acquired can be found in the attachment labeled Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW).
