The contractor shall perform comprehensive diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on the Trane Chiller system located at Building 3820, 2850 Garden Ave, JBSA Fort Sam Houston. The primary focus is to isolate, diagnose, and resolve operational issues associated with the system's Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Work includes on-site mobilization, up to 17 hours of targeted electrical/mechanical diagnostics, conditional VFD replacement if defective, operational testing and verification, and project closeout with delivery of a final service ticket and diagnostic report. The contractor shall coordinate with JBSA points of contact (Leo Garcia / Victor Reyna) and with qualified Trane service technicians.
