The attached RFP/RFQ and only Argonne Terms and Conditions will govern any resultant order.
Proposal will be considered incomplete if any of the requested information, listed below, is not provided.

Provide a published price list or a redacted invoice showing pricing for the quoted, to prove price reasonableness.
Will you accept Pre-Pay and Add Shipping Charges to Invoice (FOB Destination for Domestic or DAP Destination for International )?
If any tariff charges will be applied to this order, the charge must be included in the unit price on the quote. We are unabl e to accept a tariff charge as a separate line item, as the Department of Energy considers this an unallowable cost.
Are there any available discounts for DOE or does this order fall under GSA contract pricing (if yes, please include contract # and expiration date)?
The Contractor shall partner with designated CMS-CS points of contact to maintain shop inventory, source difficult-to-find materials, and provide outside manufacturing services. Tasks include performing periodic on-site inventory assessments of specialty tooling in Building 363 and satellite locations; supplying standard and specialty tooling on an as-needed basis (end mills, drills, taps, reamers, tool cutters, metric tooling, inserts, collets, tool holders, work-holding fixtures, precision measuring instruments, abrasives); sourcing and delivering specialized, non-standard, or hard-to-find grades of raw materials; and providing specialized manufacturing and finishing services such as tool sharpening and reconditioning, precision calibration, plating, anodizing, painting, specialty surface treatments, and custom/specialty secondary manufacturing. The Contractor must respond to requests via 'Specific Call Records' and submit a written quote within two business days. All physical deliverables shall be shipped/delivered to Argonne National Laboratory, Custom Manufacturing Solutions – Central Shops (CMS-CS), Building 363, 9700 S. Cass Avenue, Lemont, IL 60439.
