Project: 459-27-004 ACC MOD 2 Renovation

Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services to renovate about 2650 sf within MOD 2 of ACC Building 30, including seamless sheet flooring with cove base, removal of wallpaper and painting of walls and window frames, infill of nurses’ station vision panel, re-staining 26 doors, new handrails and bumper guards, restroom refresh with porcelain tile and wainscot, replacement of 65 LED lighting fixtures and 7 dimmers, replacement of 70 outlets and removal of 30 blank covers, removal of two sinks with isolation valves and dead-leg removal, furniture handling and storage, phased after-hours work with infection control, dust control, utility coordination, and closeout with as-builts, warranties and O&M materials.
