The contractor shall provide labor, parts, material, equipment, and tools to perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on an Arjo Century therapeutic tub, including weekly functionality tests, monthly deep cleaning and filter maintenance, and annual electrical inspection by an authorized OEM technician. The contractor shall also perform up to three unscheduled repairs per unit per year during business hours, with after-hours charges at 1.5 times the normal rate and a 15% discount on preferred rates after callbacks are expended. The place of performance is the VA Medical Center Spokane, 4815 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, Washington 99205.
