The contractor shall provide one assembled Dozer free from defect. Bidders shall bid on any of the Dozer Packages below or a State approved equivalent: Develon DD100-US20, Caterpillar D3, John Deere 650 P-Teir, Komatsu D39PXI-24. Each Dozer package must include an enclosed cab, engine block heater, engine and hydraulic oil pan heater, arctic oil package for the engine and hydraulic systems, 5A battery charger routed to a 4 way box for single plug operation, and wide metal tracks.
