The contractor shall provide a 7-person team to support the CNSP Public Affairs Office with media analysis and strategic communication planning, management of public websites and NIPRNet and SIPRNet SharePoint portals with help-desk and training support, force-wide social media strategy and content, full-cycle video, graphic and studio photography production including the annual Surface Warfare magazine, and Force-wide PA/VI equipment accountability, lifecycle management and fleet training, with recurring deliverables including Monthly Snapshot reports, communication playbooks, media assessments, weekly roll-ups, inventory audits and status reports.
