Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Services

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, material, supplies, equipment, and transportation, and manage spectrum/frequency coordination, airspace access, and facilities to provide fully supported UAS for missions. Services include atmospheric data services (in-situ meteorological data, aerosols, trace gas sampling), remote sensing services (high-resolution RGB, Thermal IR, Multispectral, Hyperspectral, and Lidar data), visual data and scientific observation (high-resolution video and optical imaging for biological classification and environmental monitoring), extreme environment operations (Arctic, tropical cyclone eyewall, high altitude), and data processing and analytics (orthomosaics, point clouds). The Contractor shall provide program management oversight, ensure reliable data storage and transmission, and deliver mission data sets, real-time data streams, monthly progress reports, a Quality Control Plan, and sensor calibration logs. The contract is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a five-year ordering period and a shared total estimated ceiling value of $7,500,000.00.
