The contractor shall provide an array of site-wide security support functions that support Safeguards and Security responsibilities in a secure environment protecting critical national security assets. Services include program management, protection program management, classification and information security support, personnel security support (including personnel vetting, adjudication, badge fabrication, and administration), Foreign Ownership Control or Influence (FOCI) and Facility Clearance (FCL) program management, safeguards and security survey support, and administrative support. The contractor shall provide fully qualified personnel to perform technical security support services in accordance with applicable DOE directives, federal, state, and local laws.
