The system must meet 25 salient characteristics including a permanent 1 Tesla magnet, self-shielded design, integrated animal handling platform, and preclinical imaging capabilities for mice and rats. The contractor must also provide delivery, installation, commissioning, and a minimum of two days of on-site advanced applications training.
