Scope of Work:
The U.S. Coast Guard Base Miami Beach requires recurring tree care, landscaping, lawn maintenance and shrubbery maintenance services for Grassy Key Housing in Marathon, FL Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
When submitting your proposal, request a price breakdown of the following:

Base Year: 01 September 2026 – 31 August 2027
Option Year 1: 01September 2027 – 31 August 2028
Contract will be awarded to the vendor who can perform the work outlined in the provided Statement of work in the time frame needed by unit.
Anticipated award date: 05 business days after close of solicitation. Quotes are to be received no later than close 1100 12 August 2026.

Period of Performance: Performance of work is expected to commence within 5 days after the award.
Site visit: It is highly recommended and encouraged that a site visit is performed at the Unit to verify the requirements within the PWS and speak with the unit POC for this maintenance service.

Invoicing & Billing

The contractor shall provide tree care, landscaping, lawn maintenance and shrubbery maintenance at Coast Guard Station Marathon Housing, 57474 Gibson ST, Marathon FL, 33050. Tasks include pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, spraying insecticides, eliminating weeds, removing litter and debris, cutting grass bi-weekly, fertilizing four times a year, and submitting an annual maintenance plan and monthly schedule. All tree work must be under the direct supervision of an Arborist certified in Monroe County.
