The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services for the USDA-ARS, Cattle Fever Tick Research Unit. Tasks include sweeping and wet mopping, cleaning glass, trash removal, vacuuming, cleaning drinking fountains, cleaning walk-in mats, cleaning toilet bowls/wash basins/urinals, and floor maintenance (dry buffing, spray buffing, stripping, waxing). Services are required twice a week across five buildings: Building 1 (3,204 sq ft, laboratories), Building 2 (512 sq ft, laboratory), Building 3 (250 sq ft, office/restroom), Building 17 (3,300 sq ft, office/conference room), and Building 21 (5,017 sq ft, office/conference room/laboratories). The Government will furnish plastic trash bags, toilet tissue, soap, window cleaner, bowl cleaner, liquid cleaner, mops, brooms, mop buckets, and paper towels.
