The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, ASSE-certified personnel, calibrated test equipment, tools, materials, consumables, transportation, and reporting necessary to perform an annual inspection, testing, and NFPA 99 certification of medical gas and vacuum systems and to perform preventive maintenance on source and distribution equipment. The scope includes inspection and testing of 117 master alarm panels, 157 area alarm panels, 514 zone valves, 4,279 patient terminals, 4,279 DISS disconnects, 11 medical air compressors, 6 manifolds, and 1 liquid bulk storage tank. The contractor must also perform correction of deficiencies (repairs) and out-of-cycle (unscheduled) inspection and testing on an as-needed basis against Not-To-Exceed ceilings. The contract includes a base year (11/1/2026 – 10/31/2027) plus four one-year options.
