The contractor must perform semi-annual (twice yearly) cleaning, inspection, and reporting of three exhaust hood systems: Bldg. 16 Canteen (two hoods), Bldg. 151 Dom (two hoods), and Bldg. 108 Main Kitchen (three hoods). The contractor shall provide all chemicals, supplies, labor, tools, supervision, and equipment. Services include taking photographs before and after cleaning, and providing a condition report with notes for corrective actions. Services are to be performed after standard operating hours (7am-6pm) and scheduled in advance. The contract is a base plus four option years, with service performed annually in February and August.
