The contractor shall supply and deliver one brand-new, unused, latest model-year Executive Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV)—such as a Toyota Alphard Executive Lounge / VIP Grade, Lexus LM, Toyota Vellfire, Hyundai H350 VIP/Executive, or approved technical equivalent—to the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh Motor Pool. The vehicle must be left-hand drive, with a minimum 2.4L petrol or diesel engine, automatic transmission, front-wheel or all-wheel drive, and a dark neutral exterior. It must include VIP seating with powered reclining captain's chairs, dual power-sliding rear doors, a 360-degree camera system, and a full suite of active and passive safety features. The contractor is responsible for all costs including shipping, insurance, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery to the Embassy premises in Phnom Penh within 1-3 months of order. The vehicle must come with a manufacturer warranty of at least three years or 100,000 km, and the vendor must demonstrate that the make/model can be fully serviced locally in Phnom Penh.
