Amendment 1:
This amendment incorporates "PWS Attachment 1 - Travis vs McConnell Fire System" into the solicitation.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Travis Air Force Base 60 MXG has a requirement to connect a fire notification panel to the fire suppression system in building 167 to include the Advanced Hardware Training Devices (AHTDs) high bays for safe operation. See attached Statement of Work for a comprehensive detail of the requirement.
In addition, the attached FA442726Q1122 Soliciation Notice document is prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 5 and 12 and constitutes as the only solicitation, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Instruction to offerors are also provided within this document.
Vendors who wish to respond to this solicitation should send responses to both juliet.diggs.1@us.af.mil and clark.teninty.1@us.af.mil. via email no later than 31 Aug 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT.
The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, personnel (certified electrician), and all items necessary to: add a trouble zone for each trainer room’s Emergency Power Off (EPO) Fire Relay Modules (FRM); reprogram the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) Notifier 3030 to add Fire Notification Bypass, Sprinkler System Bypass, HVAC Shutdown Bypass, and Monaco Signal Bypass; attach appropriate labels for each new Bypass Function; test and verify 100% operational functionality of the modified Fire Alarm Control Panel, confirming proper communication loops and signal transmission between the fire panel, the on-site AHTD trainers, and the Base Fire Department; and provide a written test report. Specific hardware includes Relay Module (p/n: FRM-1) and Smoke Sensor (p/n: FSP-851) quantities across rooms 128, 134, 123, 135, and 132.
