Amendment 0001: Updates preproposal conference information
Amendment 0002: Updates the PWS, interested vendors should base proposals on amendment 0002 PWS as attached in Attach IX (9)
Amendment 0003: Updates the preproposal conference information, solicitation closing deadline, vendor questions deadline, and preproposal RSVP due date.
Amendment 0004: Updates the preproposal conference information.
The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to manage, operate, and maintain the fuel facilities at NAWS China Lake. Required performance includes receipt, storage, quality surveillance/assurance, inventory accounting of multiple-grade products, and issuance of Government-owned F-24 jet fuel, as well as execution of all operator-level and preventive maintenance activities. The contractor must also provide FAA compliant aviation refuel trucks, perform grounds maintenance, maintain buildings and structures, and comply with all environmental, safety, and security requirements. The base period is 48 months (March 1, 2027 to February 28, 2031) with a 60-month option period.
