Work to be done includes emptying of wastebaskets, maintaining clean floors, maintaining dust free surfaces, cleaning/disinfecting bathroom surfaces and drinking fountains, resupplying bathroom supplies, removing cobwebs and maintaining clean wall surfaces and windows. Additional tasks will be performed quarterly semi-annually and annually and will include cleaning blinds, carpets, light fixtures and windows.
A site visit has been scheduled for October 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time at the Swan Lake Ranger District Office located at 200 Ranger Station Rd, Bigfork, MT 59911.
Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address).

The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies for janitorial services at the Swan Lake Ranger District Office, 200 Ranger Station Rd, Bigfork, MT 59911. Work includes emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming carpets, damp-mopping floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and drinking fountains, restocking bathroom supplies, removing cobwebs, and cleaning wall surfaces and windows. The Main Office (approx. 8,206 sq ft, 80% carpet) requires cleaning three days per week, and the Wellness Room (792 sq ft, with two bathrooms and showers) requires cleaning one day per week. Additional tasks are performed quarterly (vacuum/dust blinds, damp-wipe walls, high cleaning), semi-annually (interior/exterior window and light fixture cleaning in April and September), and annually (carpet cleaning, coordinated with the COR). The contractor must also perform general spot cleaning and maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
