Department of DefenseIssuing agency·Joint Base Mdl, NJ·via the SAM.gov Get Opportunities APIThis solicitation defines the custodial service requirements for buildings 5651 and 5652 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), which are operated by the Expeditionary Operations School (EOS). The Contractor shall maintain the interior cleanliness of all specified areas within these buildings, including dormitory rooms, common areas, restrooms, administrative offices, and ancillary spaces in accordance with the standards set forth in this document.
The procurement of the EOS Custodial Service must be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contractor shall perform custodial services including turn-over cleaning of dormitory rooms, cleaning of common use areas (corridors, stairwells, dayrooms, laundry rooms, restrooms), administrative offices, classrooms, training areas, storage areas, and medical areas. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, spray buffing, refinishing hard floors; vacuuming and shampooing carpets; low and high dusting; cleaning interior glass and windows; cleaning and disinfecting drinking fountains; trash and recyclables removal; and special services cleaning of restrooms and showers including descaling and restocking supplies. All work must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and its appendices.
