Laboratory Equipment Maintenance
The contractor shall provide full maintenance and software support along with travel for the Mantech instruments listed in the Equipment List. Maintenance services include all labor, testing equipment, travel expenses, parts, and firmware and software revisions issued by the OEM. The contractor must perform annual preventative maintenance on-site, diagnose equipment failure, and provide emergency repairs within three working days and non-emergency repairs within four working days. The contractor must also provide telephone troubleshooting support Monday through Friday 6:00 am-6:00 pm local time, and submit a Contingency Plan for repairs that cannot be completed within five working days.
