The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform invasive species treatment at Mud Mountain Dam, including the Rim Trail, River Trail, recreation area, and dam location. The contractor shall select and apply appropriate herbicides to treat invasive species, with two applications per year (fall and spring). The contractor must be a certified licensed applicator in Washington State, comply with OSHA standards and EM 385-1-1, and submit a detailed final report within 14 days of treatment completion. Treatment areas include the Project Operations Area, Rim Trail, Basins, River Trail, and Fish Release Site as identified in Technical Exhibits.
