The anticipated award date of the contract is August 28, 2026. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal to be eligible for award. The contractor must provide regular monthly and yearly preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for the HVAC system at the Gabrielson Lab, including a list of 26 specific equipment items such as a chiller, boilers, air handlers, pumps, fans, and server room cooling. Services include monthly inspections, cleaning, testing, adjusting, lubricating, seasonal startup/shutdown, annual boiler shutdown, filter replacement, compressor oil/glycol sampling, and 24-hour emergency service with a 2-hour response time. The contractor must provide all material, labor, supervision, and technical expertise.
