The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing motorized roll-up door at the dock near GD136 at the John L. McClellan Veterans' Hospital and install a new grey 7'x9' motorized rolling steel rapid slat door with insulated slats, equipped with a safety device to detect obstructions in its path. The new door comes with a 1-year warranty, and the contractor must provide its own scissor lift and forklift for the work. The contractor must comply with OSHA, ANSI/CAN/UL 325 Binational Standard, EPA, and local safety regulations, and the government is responsible for moving trailers from the dock prior to the day of work. The period of performance is 30 days from Notice to Proceed, with work performed during normal business hours (8:00AM-4:30PM).
