The contractor will manufacture and deliver printed and blank pressure-sensitive labels for currency bundles and Cash-Paks. Printed labels include Old Currency Design (OCD), Next Generation (NXG) Design, and Currency CFD Design (CCD) bundle labels, as well as Solid Color (SC) and Diagonal solid (DD) color block Cash-Pak labels. Blank labels are intended for thermal transfer printing. The contractor must also supply Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) Eagle labels, test labels, and Zebra printer cartridges. Labels must meet detailed specifications for materials (adhesive, release liner, substrate opacity), performance (repositionability, tamper-evidence, bar code print quality), dimensions, color (Pantone®), and packaging. The contractor must provide a quality assurance system addressing ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2015, certifications, and test reports. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to BEP's Eastern Currency Facility (DCF) in Washington, DC, Landover Warehouse in Landover, MD, or Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX, within 30 business days of a delivery order.
