Souda Bay Job Order Contract

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform renovations, repairs, maintenance, replacements, alterations, and demolition task orders awarded at a Firm Fixed-Price under this IDIQ Job Order Contract for work within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM) Europe Africa Central (EURAFCENT) Public Works Department (PWD) Souda Bay Area of Responsibility, which includes the main installation at NSA Souda Bay and noncontiguous areas at Marathi Pier and Malaxa Site. The contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. federal and local host nation laws and regulations, conforming work to NAVFACSYSCOM Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Uniform Facility Guide Specifications (UFGS), and providing data in accordance with designated processes. Individual task order requests will provide Government performance requirements and standards, with the contractor required to conduct joint scope meetings, prepare detailed joint scopes of work, submit price proposals using RSMeans Cost Data Books or competitive quotes, and negotiate pricing and schedules with the Government.
