The contractor will conduct a pre-assessment kick-off meeting, identify survey dates, and perform an on-site Environmental Disposal Liabilities Survey at the main campus covering asbestos and lead-based paint by review of existing surveys and records, and radiology equipment, refrigeration equipment, AST/USTs, mercury-containing equipment, vehicle lifts and dry wells/injection wells with limited additional sampling as needed. The contractor will prepare a comprehensive streamlined report by environmental category with total quantity, condition, exact locations, disposal and remediation costs and regulatory requirements, plus site maps and files compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe PDF, with on-site work Monday-Friday and final report delivered no later than 30 calendar days after assessment.
