The Contractor shall provide Scheduled Maintenance (SM) and Unscheduled Maintenance (USM), Support Services, and Spare Parts Sustainment on STS and RMG cranes at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU), Southport, NC; Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), Concord, CA; and Naval Magazine Indian Island (NMII), Port Hadlock, WA. Work includes daily SM, USM, mission support, upgrade projects, corrosion control, lubrication, inspections, load tests, certifications, and quadrennial inspections. The Contractor shall assign project managers at MOTSU and MOTCO, at least three permanent certified crane mechanics at MOTSU and two at MOTCO, and personnel to manage the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR). The Contractor shall also provide a Quality Control Plan, comply with all applicable OSHA, CAL OSHA, and OEM standards, and maintain cranes to a 90% readiness goal.
