LOWELL NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK_FIRE SUPPRESSION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
The Government requests competitive quotes for Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler System Maintenance and Repair Services at Lowell National Historical Park.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for interested offerors on September 9, 2026, at 10:00 am ET.
Participants will meet at Lowell National Historical Park, 220 Aiken Street, Lowell, MA 01854.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire alarm control panels, detection and notification devices, and water-based fire suppression systems (wet, dry, pre-action, and fire pump-supported) at four park facilities. Work includes annual NFPA-compliant inspections, monthly fire pump no-flow testing, 24/7 emergency service availability with a 4-hour response and 48-hour repair target, and time-and-materials service calls and repairs, excluding halon systems and backflow preventer testing.
