Amplicon Sequencing Services

The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, travel, and supplies necessary to perform next-generation amplicon sequencing. Services include library preparation (PCR amplification, barcoding, normalization, quantitation, pooling), quality control checks, sequencing on Illumina MiSeq or AVITI instruments using specified kits and read formats, demultiplexing and raw data delivery, and provision of a written methods document. The contractor must also provide consultation services, a web-based LIMS system, and secure data access. Data must be delivered no later than 60 business days after sample receipt.
