Question Submission: Interested Sellers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. For this solicitation, DOJ BOP Field Offices - FCC COLEMAN intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DOJ BOP Field Offices - FCC COLEMAN is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. The solicitation requires the delivery of various fresh produce items including apples, cabbage, carrots, lettuce salad mix, celery, cilantro, cucumbers, peaches, onions, green peppers, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, plums, broccoli, cantaloupe, watermelons, pears, romaine lettuce, red onions, and honeydew melons. Deliveries must follow one of four schedules: single shipment October 1-15; two equal shipments October 1-15 and November 2-16; three equal shipments October 1-15, November 2-16, and December 1-15; or 13 weekly shipments from October 5 to December 29, 2026.
