The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, material, supervision, and expertise necessary to accomplish the following: 1. Existing fence removal. Remove and dispose of the existing fence, posts, concrete footings, hardware, and debris from the project site. 2. New fence installation requirements. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to install approximately 268 linear feet of new 6-foot tan vinyl privacy fencing around the Daycare’s southside play area. Work includes installation of one 4-foot single swing gate and one 10-foot chain link double swing gate with privacy slats. 3. The Contractor shall verify fence layout with owner prior to installation, mark all post locations and confirm alignment, identify and avoid underground utilities, and maintain safe access to the daycare building and play areas during construction. 4. The Contractor shall provide all required services, equipment, and installation to ensure a functional system. 5. The Contractor shall install all necessary signage and barriers to maintain a safe environment for Daycare staff/children and contractor personnel.
