The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Global Acquisitions, Acquisitions Management (GA/AM), on behalf of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), Office of Facility Management (OBO/CFSM/FMS), anticipates awarding one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a qualified environmental engineering firm (prime or joint venture) of licensed professionals to provide comprehensive environmental engineering services at U.S. diplomatic facilities worldwide.

The contractor will provide a wide range of environmental engineering services including asbestos inspection surveys and sampling, producing Post Asbestos Management Plans, performing asbestos industrial hygiene oversight, conducting lead inspection surveys, toxic and hazardous material assessments, air quality analyses, water analysis, Environmental Site Assessments, groundwater and soil contamination sampling and remediation designs, radon sampling and remediation designs, Indoor Air Quality investigations, mold sampling and remediation designs, and providing EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector training for DOS personnel. Services will be performed at U.S. diplomatic posts worldwide via individual task orders.
