The contractor shall provide independent third-party inspection and witnessed testing of 70 Government-owned conveyances (47 in Dallas, 14 in Garland, 9 in Bonham), including semi-annual inspections, annual inspections with no-load safety, governor and pressure-relief Category 1 tests, Category 5 full-load tests per schedule, and ad-hoc inspections, coordinating all work with the COR and maintenance contractor, performing full-load and traffic-affecting tests after hours, and delivering written reports with code citations within 30 days with same-day notification of unsafe conditions.
