Site Improvements include site preparation and grading, utilities, storm drainage, and roadway connections, pedestrian sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, pavement markings, vehicular and pedestrian signage, landscaping, exterior lighting, and site furnishings. Facilities will be designed to have a minimum life span of 40 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope, integrated building systems performance, and other facility requirements. Operation and maintenance manuals will be provided. The parking garage is needed to partially address a 2,161-space parking capacity shortfall identified in a 2024 Transportation Management Study.
