Size Standard: $34 million
The contractor shall provide scheduled preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, and minor repair services for dental equipment located at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, including A-dec, Dentsply, and Cavitron systems. Services include inspection, calibration, lubrication, adjustments, functional testing, and replacement of routine minor repair parts and standard wear items. The contractor must be capable of having a qualified technician onsite within 48 hours for emergency service calls. The contractor shall provide service reports within 10 business days of each visit. Major replacement parts and associated installation costs are outside the scope of this contract and will be acquired separately by the Government.
