NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S):
The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract (FFP) for a Brand Name or Equal requirement for a SCIF Breaching Kit capable of accessing the specific SCIFs at 102IW, as defined in the attached 1. Product Description document. Additional details are provided in the attachments to this combined synopsis and solicitation.
All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available. You May download the combined synopsis and solicitation and email your quote in. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents:

The contractor must supply a SCIF Breaching Kit consisting of three line items: a Gen 4 Pump in backpack with 2 batteries, charger, and hose assembly (Part Number HRP-BAT-4 or Equal); a Long Stroke Hydraulic Door Pusher with Double Sided SCIF Head (Part Number HDP11-SCIF or Equal); and a Hydraulic Hinge Puller (Part Number HHP4-SCIF or Equal). Delivery is required within 30 days ADC, FOB destination CONUS, to the 102 Intelligence Wing at 158 Reilly St, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542-1330.
