The contractor shall provide Marine Coaching services to support the Kings Point Waterfront Program, including four instructors (Head Rowing Instructor, Assistant Offshore Sailing Instructor, Assistant Rowing Instructor, Assistant Dinghy Instructor), four Mates for T/V Kings Pointer, two Engineers for T/V Kings Pointer, a Sports Specialist (Communications/Social Media), and a Waterfront Duty Officer. Services include instructing intercollegiate rowing, dinghy sailing, offshore sailing, managing social media, overseeing waterfront safety, and operating the training vessel T/V Kings Pointer for underway evolutions and training cruises.
